The present tender relates to research into SBB's online services. It concerns the testing/testing of ideas about, or concrete effects of, online services on the various target groups.
Within the scope of the assignment is:
• Preparing, conducting and evaluating research into online services for all online platforms of SBB;
• Recruiting respondents for the research to be carried out.
Lot 1 - Target group young peopleBased on the current spend and the influence of future developments, the expenditure associated with research into online services for the target group of young people is estimated at € 60,000 to € 132,000 excl. VAT per year. The total estimated value of the contract is therefore €528,000 excluding VAT. Given the expected future developments and it is not yet clear how much effect this will have on the service, the maximum value of this plot is € 1,320,000 excluding VAT.
Lot 2 - Target group adultsBased on the current spend and the influence of future developments, the expenditure associated with research into online services for the target group of adults is estimated at € 100,000 to € 196,000 excl. VAT per year. The estimated value of the contract is therefore €784,000 excluding VAT. Given the expected future developments and it is not yet clear how much effect this will have on the service, the maximum value of this plot is € 1,960,000 excluding VAT.
