Renfrewshire Council wish to procure for the detailed design, supply, installation, configuration, commissioning, and full maintenance and management of an Enterprise Telephony Solution that will include the following components:

— Fixed Telephony Services (including red care and alarm lines);

— Mobile Services;

— Exchange lines Services;

— Voicemail Services;

— Contact Centre Services;

— Non Geographic Numbers.

Renfrewshire Council are looking to replace the current Fixed Telephony (Incl. 0300 Numbers), Mobile Telephony and Contact Center services.

The Council has its headquarters at Renfrewshire House in Paisley and a buildings estate of circa 180 properties across the Renfrewshire Council area. We also have a small number of home workers out with the Renfrewshire area. The Councils workforce consists of around 7 500 staff.

The Council is seeking to conclude a contract for the detailed design, supply, installation and migration, configuration, commissioning, project management and full support and maintenance of these services.
