Extent

The Orderer estimates that the total value of the authorisation per annum, calculated as the total turnover of all authorised contractor as a result of the authorisation, including flat-rate compensation from the provision of collected return paper, is SEK 2,900,000 (downloads approx. SEK 2,000,000 per annum and the material counted as a flat rate of 800 kr per tonne gives about 900 000 kr).

The inquests include a non-exclusive right for Authorized Contractor to enter into a contract for real estate collection (FNI) of return paper with return paper dispensers within the municipality of Norrköping. The authorised contractor shall provide for collection and transport to the transhipment point of return paper and provide return paper vessels. The collection is via vascular emptying.
