The structural infrastructure of the Pforzheim road maintenance department is to be completely redesigned with regard to a modern, effective road maintenance service. Some buildings or halls are to be demolished and partly replaced by new buildings.
Existing synergies within operational processes and from the location of usable areas are to be recognized and realized. Creative approaches to the arrangement and use of the required areas in the homestead of the road maintenance department are desired. The individual components of the road maintenance department are to be planned as an overall context. The outdoor facilities complete the ensemble functionally and creatively.
The assignment is planned in two stages:
1) Work phases 1 to 3
2) Work phases 4 to 9
The procedure is structured in two stages.
In the participation competition, the application with basic structure and reference(s) is requested to select the suitable bidders. In the subsequent negotiation procedure, suitability and performance are determined on the basis of the office presentation, the presentation of the project outline and a completed project.
