Extent

The assignment shall be carried out to the extent and in accordance with the requirements and conditions set out in the tender documents.

The content and scope of the assignment are specified in the tender document's Requirements Specification and Appendix Product Specification.

Coordinated procurement

This procurement is carried out as a coordinated procurement between Region Jönköping County and Region Östergötland.

The participating party has, through a power of attorney, instructed Region Jönköping County to carry out the procurement. Identical allocation decisions are made by the participating party.

Agreement Term

The agreement will enter into force when signed by both parties, but no earlier than 2024-02-01. The agreement is then valid for 24 months.

Extension of the contract period can occur on several occasions. However, the total extension period can be a maximum of 24 months.

Should Buyer not wish to extend the contract, or wish to extend the contract less than 12 months per contract period, Buyer shall send written notice thereof, no later than three months before the end of the contract period.

If no such written notice is sent, the contract is automatically extended for 12 months at a time with unchanged terms. After the end of the last contractual period, the contract expires.

In the event that the contractual period specified in the header of the contract deviates from the term specified above, the term of the contract referred to in this section shall apply.

Procurement value

The estimated value of the current procurement is SEK 3900000. The ceiling volume for this framework agreement, including options, is SEK 5850000.

Note that ceiling volume means the definite limit on how much is allowed to buy from the framework agreement and the stated ceiling volume is not equal to the estimated volume.

All of the values and/or volumes reported in the procurement documents are estimated data and the Buyer therefore does not guarantee that these are achieved during the contract period. The buyer's call out under the forthcoming contract is in relation to his needs at any point during the contract period.
