Espeland water treatment plant will be upgraded with a new water treatment process in order to satisfy the present requirement for two barriers against parasites so that the plant has the same hygienic security as the other four water treatment plants. The new water treatment process will also entail a decolouration step for raw water from Svartavatnet.
The procurement is for a technical construction manager for combined follow-up of the contracts.

The construction manager assignment will be split into two parts. The technical construction manager will assist the main construction manager in the follow-up of the main contract E21 in the ground and concrete phase. This includes control work and quality assurance, reporting, and general construction site follow-up. In this phase the technical construction manager will have particular responsibility for and follow-up of E61 machine and process equipment's deliveries sto E21 (2023 and 2024), and E21's work with concreting-in/assembling them.
Furthermore, the technical construction manager will have the main responsibility for the follow-up of the work in contracts E61 and E62. This involves the establishment of a new process plant (building B), and alterations to existing installations (buildings A and C), and will consist or multi-disciplinary coordination and cooperation.
