The expiration period/the warranty period of the item of the contract shall not be less than 12 months from the date of delivery.

At the request of the Contracting Authority, the Contractor undertakes to conduct training for the Contracting Authority's personnel at its headquarters – Złota Jesień 1, Kraków, along with the first delivery of the goods to the Hospital Pharmacy within the time agreed in writing with the Ordering Party, but no later than within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 6. Other terms and conditions of the contract shall be set out in the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference
