Structural engineering according to § 51 HOAI, LPH 1-6, special services, step-by-step award
The school building of the school grounds (1 school building, 1 gymnasium and 1 sports hall) of the Jürgen Fuhlendorf School was built in 1971 and expanded in the following years (1988, 2004 and 2010/2011). Currently, about 867 pupils pass through the school every day during school hours, although the actual school building is only designed for about 650 pupils in 31 classrooms. This makes it clear that the Jürgen Fuhlendorf School has too few classrooms in terms of the number of pupils. In addition, the room sizes of some classrooms do not meet modern requirements. Therefore, in the first step, the school is to be structurally expanded.
In the second step, it is planned to renovate the main building. For this purpose, a BAFA-funded energy consulting report was prepared by the engineering office R. Petereit on 30.04.2020. The main building of the school was repeatedly expanded in several phases over the years of use. Therefore, the need for renovation in the individual parts of the existing building varies depending on the respective year of construction. The extensions, which were built after 2010, are not to be renovated.
The preliminary cost estimate for the entire project (both buildings) amounts to € 9,974,833.31 net (KG 300+400). These are subdivided into KG 300 with pres. € 7,755,252.14 net and KG 400 with advance. € 2,219,581.17 net. The above-mentioned upper limit of construction costs of total. € 9,974,833.31 net is to be understood as a value to which the design must be based in all project stages and which must already be checked for feasibility in the preliminary draft.
For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which cover the performance profile of technical planning structural engineering and have implemented similar measures in the past as individual applicants or in the project team.
The service phases 1-6 of the service profile according to § 51 HOAI are to be worked on. (Work phases 1 and 2 of the building and interior design have already been completed, so not all partial services are included in LPH 2 of structural engineering.) The scope of the planning services for the measure includes the planning and monitoring of fully functional and approvable parts of the building. The assignment will take place in stages.
The following procedure is carried out:
In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.
In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.
The applicants of phase 2 may be invited separately for a negotiation interview.
