The Parking Blue Boulevard in Hasselt is part of a huge, inner-city development with around 400 residential units, around 22,000 m 2 retail and an underground parking complex that, in addition to a public parking (indicated below with a red outline on the illustrative plans), also accommodates the following functions:

- A private, residential parking with 504 parking spaces, spread over different individual locations within the project (which are not part of the Assignment),

- A joint loading and unloading quay for heavy goods traffic,

- Different commercial spaces at quay level.

The public parking has a capacity of 1,842 parking spaces and is located on three levels:

1) Quay level;

2) Level -1;

3) Level -2.
