The assignment includes the complete design and study assignment as an integrated office or construction team for architecture (design and execution), project coordination, stability, techniques, site coordination, environmental permit, tender file following work assignment, as well as the follow-up and coordination of the architectural interventions and the administration and reporting energy performance decision (EPB), earthmoving and environmental works (design and execution) and support in submitting grant applications.

The assignment is understood in the broadest sense. The contract shall include all studies, calculations, measurements, works, supplies and services necessary to carry out this contract in accordance with the contract documents and necessary for the performance of this design and study assignment. It is also important that sufficient coordination takes place in function of this project and other ongoing projects in the vicinity and that consultations take place on a regular basis with the project leaders involved.
