This consultation is an open call for tenders. It is concluded in the form of a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13; R. 2162-14 and Article R.2162-4-2 of the Public Order Code without minimum and with a maximum annual amount of: 120,000 euro (s) Ht, or 480 000 euro (s) HT for the entire duration of the framework agreement (4 years).
