Improvements and minor changes shall be carried out during the summer season 2016 to the fence route from Vardoaivi-Nord to Somajávri/Valdejohka, a stretch of 11.1 km. Minor route changes shall be made within the stretch in the Buvravárri areas, over a stretch of approx. 350m in order to avoid a minor lake/minor stream. The route shall be navigable by ATV with summer conditions.

The County Governor in Finnmark has procured all the material and has had it transported and spread out along the route.

The corrugated wire from previous work over Vardoaivi, over a stretch of 2.9 km, shall be rolled up and transported to a landfill site.

600 posts shall be replaced. The stretch currently has corrugated wire. On certain

stretches the top wire/corrugated wire that has already been added can be used, but this shall mostly be taken down and netting of 125 cm with a top wire at 4 heights shall be erected.

The fence material that shall be replaced and which cannot be used is to be seen as rubbish and transported to a certified landfill site.
