With Resolution of the General Manager of FER S.r.l. no. DG-089/23 of 06/12/23, the start of the procedure in question aimed at the stipulation of a Framework Agreement was authorized, pursuant to art. 59 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 36/23, without subsequent competitive comparison, to be signed with an economic operator, to be entrusted, with subsequent application contracts, the execution of the works.

For the purposes of awarding the Framework Agreement, a procedure above the restricted EU threshold is launched with the use of RFI qualification systems, pursuant to Article 168, paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree 36/23, with award to the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best value for money, pursuant to Art. 108 paragraph 2 letters e) and f) of Legislative Decree 36/23.

Schematically, the services included in the object of the framework agreement are listed and can be traced back (by way of example, but not exhaustively) to the following categories of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance (including demolition and refurbishment):

- Full-line TE systems:

▪ Construction of a catenary with a total section of 440 mm2 consisting of 2 load-bearing ropes with a section of 120 mm2 each; n. 2 two copper-silver contact wires with a section of 100 mm2 each.

- TE station systems:

▪ Construction of catenary of the running tracks with a total cross-section of 440 mm2 as for the full line;

▪ Catenary construction of the secondary tracks with a total section of 220 mm2 and consisting of 1 copper supporting rope with a section of 120 mm2, 1 copper-silver contact wire of 100 mm2.

- TE protection, grounding and return circuit;

- Disconnector control panels and related cable connections;

- TE monitoring, indication and safety signs;

- Grounding of metal masses along the line;

-Demolition.
