The object of the contract is the construction of an entrepreneurship incubator in Wrocławski Park in Lubina, i.e. the construction of a public utility building serving as an administrative and office and teaching facility with the construction of an internal supply plant, an external installation of sanitary sewerage system, external water supply system, teletechnical sewerage and reconstruction of the external water supply system. The scope of the order also includes the complex equipment of the facility (as defined in the equipment list) and obtaining the decision of a permit for the use of the facility. The facility will perform the functions of a public building in the area of the ZOO Lubin (Wrocławski Park) — Center for Life Education in Lubina with educational activities and an office area with “open space” work zones.

2. The detailed scope of the order shall be determined by the Specification of the Order Conditions, the design documentation (construction project, executive project), the technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works (TSPACW), the objects of works, and the list of equipment which are annexes to the SWZ. Equipment supplied under the contract in question must be new, i.e. not in use.
