The subject of the contract is the establishment of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Wilamowice Municipality and the reception in PSZOK and transfer to development defined by the Ordering Party of municipal waste.

The subject of the contract includes: 1. Establishment of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Wilamowice Commune meeting the conditions specified by the Ordering Party. 2. Receiving in PSZOK and transferring for management the following fractions of municipal waste: a) paper, b) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, c) glass, d) bio-waste - food and kitchen waste from households, with the exception of owners of real estate developed with single-family residential buildings composting biowaste constituting municipal waste in a household composter, exempted in part from the fee for municipal waste management, (e) bio-waste - other bio-waste not listed in point (d), including mowed fresh grass, leaves, cut flowers, parts of small branches not exceeding 40 cm, etc. – originating from the property on which the residential building is located, for which the declaration has been submitted, with the exception of owners of real estate developed with single-family residential buildings composting biowaste constituting municipal waste in a household composter, exempted in part from the fee for municipal waste management, f) hazardous waste, g) expired medicines and chemicals, h) waste not eligible for medical waste generated in household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, i) waste batteries and accumulators, j) waste electrical and electronic equipment, k) furniture and other bulky waste, l) used tires in the amount of up to 8 pcs. from the owner of the property in a given calendar year, m) construction and demolition waste (coming from works carried out on their own that do not require a building or demolition permit, or notification of the intention to carry out works) - in the amount of up to 2 m3 from the property owner in a given calendar year, n) textile and clothing waste, o) ash (in code ex 20 01 99 - ashes from households). 3. PSZOK service will be carried out from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. Every Wednesday from 10.00 to 18.00 and every Saturday from 7.00 to 15.00. 4.
