The order covers the management of the waste stream originating from the Koźmin Wielkopolski Commune and will be implemented in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.

1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive municipal waste management service consisting in:

1) accepting municipal waste, specified by type in the place of receiving municipal waste from the municipal waste collection operator indicated and provided by the Contractor, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements resulting from the procurement documents,

2) processing of accepted municipal waste in recovery (R) and / or disposal (D) processes, in the place of municipal waste management indicated and provided by the Contractor, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements resulting from the procurement documents,

3) implementation of reporting and information obligations,

4) performance of obligations guaranteeing the Ordering Party the possibility of exercising control and verification rights,
