Planning of demolition of buildings with pollutants, including pollutant investigation, waste analysis and planning of disposal, demolition statics and construction logistics planning based on the performance levels of AHO Issue No. 18 - Planning area "Construction site clearance/dismantling" Status: October 2014; Stages 1-4 in phased commissioning. The tender documents shall be drawn up as semi-functional specifications. The project will be planned and executed in two construction phases. The decisive boundary conditions of the planning are the inner-city, cramped location of the construction site and a disturbance-sensitive environment.
Planning of demolition of buildings as well as general demolition and earthmoving work for the later development measure of the Academy of the University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein in Kiel.
The campus of the University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH) in Kiel is to be reused. In order to implement the reuse concept, existing old buildings are to be demolished. In the Brunswiker Strasse – Hegewischstraße – Fleckenstraße campus area, these are buildings 533.100 - Former animal stable, building 590.400 - parking deck, buildings 532.100 and 532.200 - Laboratory Center / Infection Medicine (1st construction phase, service content of this award is levels 1 to 4). Later, building 531.100 – board and administration building is to be demolished (2nd construction phase, performance levels of this award are stages 1 to 2). All buildings are located in a cramped, inner-city location on a clinic site. The neighbouring buildings are listed museum buildings. The timing of the demolition measures: The 1st construction phase is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2024 and be completed by the end of 2025. The following execution times are planned for the 2nd construction phase: planning will begin in October 2024 and end with the submission of the approval plan in March 2025. The later new buildings on the site, which are not the subject of this planning package, are intended to serve the administration and the academy (including parking spaces) of the UKSH.
With the references, experience with inner-city demolition, structural planning for demolition, pollutant investigation including analysis as well as construction logistics should be available.
