Final cleaning of components [B] and [C] as well as the atrium as an intermediate construction

In component [B] execution date September 2019 binding, atrium approx. January 2020 and component [C] approx. September 2020 depending on completion date.

Base area of component [B] and [C] approx. 625 m 2 , each three stories:

Windows / façade elements are to be cleaned Aluminum profiles with glazing, tiles as floor and wall coverings, vinyl as floor covering, staircases covered with stone, railing wooden handrail with metal bars, interior doors with CPL surface, sheet steel doors, door elements aluminum profiles with glazing, WC objects in sanitary porcelain, WC partition walls with CPL surfaces Atrium approx. 300 m2 ground floor, approx. 80 m2 1st floor, stairs with pedestals and bridges on the ground floor, 1. and 2nd floor:

11 m height, sunblinds, tiles as floor covering, staircases fairfaced concrete, wooden handrail with metal bars, door elements AluProfile with glazing, sliding door systems.
