The object of the procurement is a portfolio administration service for illiquid investments in accordance with this invitation to submit request to participate (hereinto referred to as “Service”). VER can select one service provider who offers the entire service described in Annex 1.

VER is acquiring a portfolio administration service that produces back office service and reporting of VER’s illiquid investments. VER makes all the investment decisions in-house. Back office will co-operate closely with VER and OP Asset Management’s (OPVH) back office in support functions e.g. monitoring capital calls and distributions and reconciliation. The portfolio management system as part of the service will be operated by the selected service provider and portfolio data shall be accessible by VER through client interface. Optionally the service may also include an analysis tool. The more detailed description of the service is presented in Annex 1 and it presents a preliminary view of the content of the Service. The scope of the service may therefore be amended during the negotiation phase by the Contracting Authority and in any case it will be defined after the negotiations. Annex 1 also includes number of transactions during the last 3 years, VER’s current instrument coverage and portfolio structure.
