This works contract consists of the proper performance of the management and maintenance of the green areas of the municipality of Hoeilaart for 2023, with the possibility of awarding the contract to the tenderer for the years 2024, 2025 and 2026 in accordance with the negotiated procedure (Article 17 § 2, 2 °, b of the Law of 24/12/1993 on public contracts), who was assigned the first assignment (repetitive assignment).
The attention of the tenderers is drawn to the fact that the municipal administration is not obliged to award the repeat contracts.
The dossier shall be divided into the following parcels:
Plot 1 Green zones in the "center", the municipal cemetery, Sports and Youth site Koldam and the maintenance of the cycle paths.
Plot 2 Green areas "outside" the center and cleaning up and disposing of fallen leaves on public domain.
