The purpose of this procurement is to engage a contractor to execute the contract.

‘D008 Electro/Telecommunication’.

The building consists of five main floors and three mezzanines above ground in addition to a basement floor U1) with a mezzanine/gallery (U1G). Through the contract ‘D008 Electro/Telecommunication’, the contracting authority shall procure:

— General systems for conduits, earthing, carrier system, lightning safety system.

— Distribution system, conductor rails, cable risers, circuit arrangement.

— Lighting system, lighting control, fixtures, emergency lighting system and photo-luminescent safety way guidance system.

— Back-up power system and UPS.

— Telecommunication and automation, distribution and trunk/ATM network, rack.

— Alarm and signalling system, audio and video, fire alarm, access system, speech notification, TVO, HCWC alarm.

— Options for entering into service agreements.
