The subject of this procedure is the awarding of project management services for the energetic and structural renovation of Graf-Eberhard Gymnasium.

The city of Bad Urach plans to rehabilitate the Graf-Eberhard Gymnasium energetically, technically and partly structurally. In addition, conversion work and development development is planned to connect the existing building parts.

The following construction measures are planned, among others:

- fire protection upgrading;

- renovation of facades;

- renewal of the toilet area;

- replacement of floor coverings;

- renovation of flat roof areas;

- development attachment as a connection between the currently separate components including accessibility realization;

- PCB refurbishment of 2 specialist rooms;

- Implementation of “modern learning worlds”.

The measures are to be implemented by construction stage. Interim space is expected to be required.

The required object and specialist planning services (electrical and HLS) for this project have already been awarded.

The subject of this procedure is the awarding of project management services for the energetic and structural renovation of Graf-Eberhard Gymnasium. The intention is to commission project stages 1-5 (see AHO series of publications, issue no. 9). Initially, the basic services of project management in the fields of action A to E in project stages 1 and 2 are to be commissioned.

A sectional and phased assignment is intended, there is no entitlement to further assignment.

According to current planning, the city of Bad Urach expects provisional eligible production costs totalling around EUR 18 million net (KG 200-700 according to DIN 276-1:2008 -12).

Project management services are expected to start on January 17, 2022.

The applicants selected as part of the competition will receive further details on the scope of the services to be provided with a request to submit an offer.
