2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. 30.06.2025 up to 1,163 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated volume - basic order – 17,589.16 MWh, of which:
1) For premises and facilities – tariff groups C, G, R (Part 1 of the order) – 7,260.65 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Appendix 1a to the Terms of Reference.
2) For premises and facilities – tariff group B (Part 2 of the order) – 2,756.32 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is provided in Appendix 1b
3) For the purposes of road lighting (Lot 3 of the contract) – 7,572.19 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is provided in Appendix 1c
3. Right of option: Detailed description of options in Section III.1 and Section III.3.
Part 1 of the order — Delivery of electricity to premises and facilities — tariff groups C, G, R1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 477 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – basic contract – 7,260.65 MWh. Consumption data are indicative.
4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 30.06.2025, subject to the occurrence of different deadlines for individual PPE - details of delivery dates for individual collection points are described in Appendix 1a to the Terms of Reference, column "Delivery period".
Lot 2 of the contract — Supply of electricity to premises and facilities — tariff group B1. Number of measuring systems accounting for electricity consumed 4 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption over the contract period 2,756.32 MWh. Consumption data is indicative.
4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. 30.06.2025
5. Measuring systems are tailored to the seller's change procedure.
6. The current electricity supply contracts will expire with effect on the date preceding the scheduled start date of supply (the “Supply Period” column).
7. For all PPE, the change of the seller will take place once again.
Lot 3 of the contract - – Supply of electricity for road lighting1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 682 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party is included in Annex No 1c to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the contract period – basic contract – 7,572.19 MWh.
4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 30.06.2025, with the proviso that the details of the delivery dates (start and end) in relation to individual collection points are described in Appendix No. 1c to the ToS column "Delivery period".
