1. The subject of the contract covered by this proceeding is the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality of Bochnia during the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022.

2. The order covers the collection and development of the entire stream of municipal waste from property owners residing from the Municipality of Bochnia in a way that ensures the achievement of the required levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limitation of the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage.

1. Scope of service:

1) Receipt (,, at source”) and landscaping received from property owners residing from the Municipality of the City of Bochnia municipal waste:

(a) municipal waste remaining after segregation (mixed);

(b) collected in a selective manner of municipal waste collected selectively according to the following types:

− paper and cardboard;

− plastics;

− metal;

− glass;

− multi-cartriderical packaging;

− biowaste;

− spent batteries and batteries;

− consumed electrical and electronic equipment;

− furniture and other large-sized waste;

− worn tyres; expired medicines and chemicals;

− ash;

− fraction involving biowaste

2) collection of municipal waste accumulated selectively in the framework of the “travelling collection” (pre-inhabited properties) of the following waste fractions: large-sized waste (furniture, carpets, carpeting, large size toys, etc.), used electrical and electronic equipment, consumed waste waste waste (furniture, carpets, carpeting, carpeting, large size toys, etc.) tyres;

3) collection of hazardous waste collected selectively at the collection point of expired medicines and the transfer of expired medicines collected at the collection point of expired medicines to the authorised installation;

4) provide the owners of inhabited property with an adequate amount of bags for selective waste collection within the price offered, i.e.: the delivery of bags for selective collection in the colours specified in the rules of procedure of the starter package and the continuous delivery of bags during the course of the contract (on the principle of “bag for bag”);

5) record-keeping related to the activities covered by the contract.

2. The Contractor is obliged to draw up and submit for acceptance to the Contracting Authority

within 5 working days of the conclusion of the schedule for the collection of municipal waste on the territory of the Municipality of Bochnia for the year 2022.

3. Detailed description of the item of the order shall include:

1) the projected records of the Waste Receipt Contract 2022, together with the Annexes:

(a) Annex 1 to the contract 'Description of the object of procution' to the contract,

(b) Annex No 2 to the Agreement “List of Bells” to the Agreement,

(c) Annex No 3 to the contract - List of points of the drug tank

2) Estimated amount of waste as of 2022
