1. The subject of the contract is the supply (purchase) of electricity for Port Lotniczy Lublin S.A.
in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 in the planned amount of 8306 MWh, including:
a) Electricity tariff B23 – section 1 – 3300 MWh,
(b) Electricity tariff B23 – Section 2 – 5006 MWh.
The above-mentioned total forecast electricity consumption and estimated consumption in individual tariff groups and time zones are indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not create any consequences for the ordering party, apart from the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed.
The amount of electricity purchased during the term of the contract will not be less than 8306 MWh.

deviate from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reduction
or increasing the amount of electricity does not create any consequences for the ordering party,
except for the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed.
The amount of electricity purchased during the term of the contract will not be less
than 8306 MWh.
2. The subject of the contract, i.e. the supply of electricity, has been determined taking into account the quality standards relating to all essential characteristics of the subject of the contract, which were specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws 2007.93.623, as amended), in Chapter 10: "Quality parameters of electricity and quality standards of customer service and the method of dealing with complaints'.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, with an indication of the scope of technical requirements, is included in Annexes 1 and 1A to the SWZ.
4. The Contracting Authority shall grant the Contractor an appropriate power of attorney necessary to carry out the procedure of changing the electricity supplier, if necessary.
