This consultation focuses on the realization of works of vegetation, de-impermeation and the development of the outdoor spaces of the establishments intended for children in the municipality of Mandelieu-la-Napoule.

The procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º, R. 2131-18, R. 2132-2, R. 2132-4 to R. 2132-6, R. 2143-1 to R. 2143-2, R. 2151-1 to R. 2151-5, R. 2161-5, R. 2161-4 of the Public Order Code. This is a multi-contracting framework agreement with no annual minimum amount and annual maximum for all lots. It was changed pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1º and R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of three economic operators for each lot, subject to a sufficient number of tenders that comply with the requirements set out in the consultation documents.

This batch deals with the construction of civil engineering works, networks and soil depermeation.

The work is divided into technically related chapters and listed below:

— study of existing floor coverings

— flooring constructions,

- various networks,

— prefabricated or cast into place ancillary works,

— backfilling materials: sands, gravel, earth,

Maximum annual amount: 1 500 000 EUR excluding VAT.

This batch concerns the carrying out of lighting works.

The work is divided into technically related chapters and listed below:

— construction site installation and preparatory work,

— detection and positioning of networks

— implementing documents,

— implementation of wiring, control cabinet,

— Centralised Technical Management (GTC)

— candelabra, luminaires, spotlights.

Minimum annual amount: no minimum.

Maximum annual amount: 350,000 EUR excluding tax.

This batch deals with the carrying out of landscaping work.

The work for the execution of this batch shall be as follows:

- Preliminary activities;

— soil preparation work for plantations: earth-moving, supply and implementation of topsoil, provision and implementation of above-ground canvas etc;

— plant planting work;

— mulching of planting areas: mineral and rock mulching, decorative mulching, natural and plant mulching, etc.

— natural and synthetic grassing works, realization of meadows;

— Landscape masonry works: landscaped wall...

— automatic watering work.

Minimum annual amount: no minimum.

Maximum annual amount: 1,000,000 EUR excl.

This batch deals with the supply and installation of street furniture, playful and educational signs.

The work for the execution of this batch shall be as follows:

— preparatory work: disbursement work, manual or mechanical earthworks,

— masonry works: for the installation of street furniture, educational support, realization of concrete anchor pads etc.

In accordance with the requirements of supply and validation if necessary by a technical controller. Furniture installed can be benches and tables, baskets, bike racks, educational signs...

Minimum annual amount: no minimum.

Maximum annual amount: 200,000 EUR excluding tax.

This batch covers the realization of works of fences, locksmith, ironwork and metal equipment.

The work for the execution of this batch shall be as follows:

— preparatory work: disbursement work, manual or mechanical earthworks;

— Masonry works: for laying fences, gates, metal structures etc.

In accordance with the requirements of supply and validation if necessary by a technical controller.

Minimum annual amount: no minimum.

Maximum annual amount: 300 000 EUR excluding VAT.

This batch deals with the creation of an educational playground.

The work for the execution of this batch shall be as follows:

- Preliminary activities,

— anchors,

— ground fasteners,

— compilation of the computerized file, monitoring of on-site operations,

— earth-moving stripping of the soil, and in rocky soil where applicable,

— preparation of the form bottom,

— stripping of soft soil and foundations on a former abandoned area to be provided with new equipment,

— installation of equipment forming the playground,

— borders for entourage,

— supply and implementation of flexible soils according to HCL,

— HIC test.
