Object of the contract:
— acquisition, delivery and commissioning of a complete system allowing the application of a carbon coating, supplemented by a polyimide coating deposit, when fibrating synthetic silica fibre;
— update of the fiber tower on which it will be installed as well as the installation of the necessary networks.
Number and consistency of lots: four lots:
— Lot #1: Carbon & Polyimide Coating System;
— Lot #2: update of the existing fibration tower;
— Lot 3: electricity;
— Lot #4: Extraction.
Carbon & Polyimide Coating SystemProvision of a system for applying pyrolitic-type carbon coated synthetic silica fibre fibration for lengths of up to 10 km or more, itself to be coated with a polyimide layer. Thicknesses, adhesion and quality of the deposited material should lead to an improvement in the state of corrosion factor “n”. The application system will be interfaced by software controlling a PLC.
Update the existing fibration towerInstallation of the metal coating and carbon coating deposition system involves an update of the existing fiber tower. The purpose of this batch is for the acquisition, delivery, installation and commissioning of an upgrade to the fiber tower.
This is a renovation/improvement of automation and supervision. The purpose of this update is to be able to use the tower for these new coatings (metallic, polyimide and carbon).
ElectricityPhotonics Bretagne wishes to acquire a system allowing the application of carbon coating and polyimide coating during fibration of synthetic silica fibre.

ExtractionPhotonics Bretagne wants to acquire a carbon deposit system on fibre. In order to be able to use this equipment under normal conditions of use it is necessary that it be equipped with the following extractions: extraction of the gases used to the washer.
