HIS) to include KHZG-compliant Software modules within the meaning of Section 19 para. 1 sentence 1 nos. 3, 4, 5 and 6 KHSFV
The two facilities work separately, but are organized in a common HIS client and bill under an IK number.
The ORBIS product from Dedalus is used as the HIS. An overview of the ORBIS software modules in use can be found in tab 1a. ORBIS is hosted and administered by the IT department of the citizen hospital.
The aim of this call for tenders and thus the subject of the tender is the procurement of KHZG-compliant software modules of the above-mentioned funding circumstances, which dock with the existing ORBIS modules through interfaces or through direct integration, depending on the provider's options, thus forming a holistic KIS compliant with KHZG.
The tender expressly does not cover the replacement of individual or all ORBIS software modules. Details can be found in Appendix 1 to the tender documents.

The technical installation of the software modules as well as their technical and system technical administration is carried out in the data center of the Bürgerhospital and Clementine Kinderhospital non-profit GmbH (ff. Bürgerhospital)
The offer must include all services that are required for a ready-to-use installation of the KHZG software modules. This includes, in particular, but not exclusively, licenses, configured import/export interfaces (if necessary), project management services, organizational talks and their documentation, software configuration, user and administrator training, real-time operation support via a period of 5 days of service as well as the support of the client in the acceptance procedure. These services must be described in an implementation concept.
The offer must also include:
An implementation concept including a training concept with the type and scope of training for users and administrators, as well as an implementation concept from which time and content requirements are differentiated according to internal (client) and external (contractor (s)). All training courses take place in the citizens' hospital. Up to 10 people are trained per training course. If online training is required due to the health conditions, more than 10 people can also take part in it.
The bidder produces training materials that relate to the solution being offered and the actual configuration.
An overview of the project organization chosen by the provider, with details of both the subprojects/tasks on the provider's side, and the contributions, if applicable, in the form of sub-projects on the part of the citizen hospital, must also be included in the offer documents.
Requirements for the consulting competence of the provider's employees:
For the entire implementation phase, the provider must demonstrate that they are using employees whose technical know-how is not only focused on software knowledge, but also has in-depth knowledge of the affected processes in the hospital. Since the consulting expertise of employees from the provider's project team is decisive for the project success, the provider is asked to include employee profiles of the project manager and consultants with naming names that are intended for this implementation in this project. The employee profiles should present the competencies of project management as well as those of specialist consultants on the basis of comparable projects.
Central project management is required, which acts as the provider's contact person for the citizen hospital for the entire project period up to 4 weeks after acceptance. A project plan must be included with the quote.
The provider's project manager has the task of planning and monitoring the implementation in coordination with the client. At the same time, the project manager is the central/primary point of contact for the institution's project team during the implementation phase. The costs for project management are to be offered as a flat rate.
Detailed system specifications, such as required storage capacities, requirements for the technical equipment of servers and clients or operating systems, must be included in the offer.
