The procurement concerns framework agreements for vegetables, fruit and potatoes prepared in accordance with what is described in the procurement documents regarding food for kitchen in Region Sörmland, Region Västmanland and Region Uppsala (Uppsala University Hospital).

The procurement relates to framework agreements for vegetables, fruit and potatoes prepared in accordance with what is described in the procurement documents regarding food for kitchens in Region Sörmland, Region Västmanland and Region Uppsala (Uppsala University Hospital). Deliveries will go to the hospitals in Sörmland in the towns of Eskilstuna, Nyköping and Katrineholm. Deliveries will also go to Sörmlands Naturbruk, Öknaskolan, Tystberga Sörmlands Naturbruk, Nynäs Castle, Tystberga, Sörmland County Museum, Nyköping, Åsa Folk High School, Sköldinge, Dammsdals, Vingåker and Eskilstuna Folk High School, Eskilstuna.

Deliveries will go to Västmanland Hospital, Västerås, Västmanland Hospital, Köping, Bergslagssjukhuset, Fagersta, Karlsgatan, Västerås and to Tärna Folkhögskola, Sala.

Volume data

The total value of the requested products during the current contract period, including any options, is estimated to amount to approximately SEK 16,000,000.

The data is based on statistics listed in Appendix 2 Price and product specification for the period 2022-01-01--2022-12-31 and an estimate of future needs.

Any guarantee of obtaining certain volume is not given.

Ceiling value

The ceiling value in the framework agreement is SEK 22,400,000 excluding VAT.

If the value of the Framework Agreement exceeds the specified amount, the Framework Agreement shall expire without further confirmation from either party. The Parties share a mutual responsibility to notify the counterparty if the ceiling value is achieved.

The ceiling value shall not be viewed as a guaranteed value but only establishes an upper limit for the framework contract.
