The Norwegian Patent Office will purchase firewalls and network equipment for its new locations. The procurement includes firewalls, network switches and up to 25 wireless access points, as well as maintenance agreements and assistance with installation/configuration of the delivered equipment and planning the transition to the new network structure. 

In spring 2024, the Patent Office will move into new premises at Innspurten 11c, in Valle, Oslo. In addition to new office locations, we will also use a remote server centre (colocation) in the Oslo area. In connection with this, we need to purchase firewalls and network equipment for these two locations. The procurement includes firewalls, network switches and up to 25 wireless access points, as well as maintenance agreements and assistance with installation/configuration of the delivered equipment and planning the transition to the new network structure. Necessary and specified licences must be included and the selected tenderer will become our licensing partner for the manufacturer(s).
