The subject of the contract is to perform cleaning and auxiliary activities related to medical services in hospital departments and medical rooms of the Mazowiecki Specjalistyczny Centrum Zdrowia. prof. Jana Mazurkiewicza with its registered office in Pruszków at ul. Partisants 2/4. The scope of activities covered by the subject of the contract includes cleaning, washing, cleaning, vacuuming, scrubbing, disinfection of vertical and horizontal surfaces, equipment and durable equipment as well as helping nurses to service patients.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the following annexes to the ToR:

1) Annex 2 - Description of the Object of the Contract;

2) Annex No. 2.1 - List of man-hours;

3) Annex No. 2.2 - Control report;

4) Annexes 2.3 - Procedure for cleaning, washing and decontamination of rooms and utility equipment;

5) Annex No. 2.4 - Procedure for handling hospital linen.

The subject of the contract is to perform cleaning and auxiliary activities related to medical services in hospital wards and medical facilities of the MSCZ with headquarters in Pruszków at ul. Partisants 2/4. The scope of activities covered by the subject of the contract includes cleaning, washing, cleaning, vacuuming, scrubbing, disinfection of vertical and horizontal surfaces, equipment and durable equipment as well as helping nurses to service patients. The subject of the order is carried out in the following departments and medical rooms:

1) hospital wards: Department II DE, IV, VIIA, IX, X, XI with the Admission Room, Day Department - IV, Day Department - at the tracks, Day Department - XIII, Center for Mental Health (CZP);

2) diagnostic rooms: X-ray (X-ray), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Electroencephalography Laboratory (EEG), Computer Tomograph (CT), Consultants' Offices, Test Materials Collection Point.

The subject of the order is carried out around the clock, in the form of a maximum of 24-hour shifts (6,034 hours / month). 24 hours. The estimated number of additional man-hours (over a pool of 6,034 hours) is 400 hours over a 10-month period.
