Construction of a police station for the Gaume police zone in Virton
The execution of the contract includes a mission of architecture, stability, special techniques, acoustics, project and execution security coordination and PEB for the construction of a police station. This police hotel is estimated to be around 2,300 m 2 in gross area, among other things: offices, meeting rooms, hearing rooms, cell complex, changing rooms, dojo, various premises, parking spaces (about thirty. service vehicles, if possible fifty personal vehicles plus ten locations for motorcycles and ten for bikes), direct surroundings. This project concerns the former site of Villa Sainte-Lucie, Rue Croix-le-Maire 21, 6760 Virton. The author of the project must propose either a transformation of the existing building, or a total or partial demolition and a new construction, justifying his choice so as to respect the estimated budget of 4,000,000 EUR of net construction cost excluding tax and fees. .
