Receiving, collecting, transporting and landscaping of municipal waste created and collected:
1) on all properties on which residents reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Miękinia, covered by the municipal waste collection system, pursuant to Article 6 c (1) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws 2021.888 of the latter. d.);
2) from public points - Zal. 3 to SWZ Part II.
3) from the points of selective collection of municipal waste so called PSZOK.
1. Receiving, collecting, transporting and landscaping of municipal waste created and collected:

2) from public points - Zal. 3 SWZII.
3) from the points of selective collection of municipal waste so called PSZOK.
2. Equipment of property owners on which residents reside with bags for selective collection of municipal rainfall fractions። “Paper” — estimated quantity during the period of execution of the order will be 300,000 pcs and “Metals and Plastics” — estimated quantity during the period of implementation of the order will be 300,000 pcs. order will amount to 740.000 pc
3. Equipment of waste collection equipment with RFID transponders (chips) and their geolocation in the field by assigning containers to export points - the estimated quantity during the period of execution of the order will be 1400 pc.
4. Equipment of waste collection equipment (containers) with stickers specifying the type of waste collected. The design of the imprint must be accepted by the Ordering Party. The gluing of new devices will take place during the process of cleaning the containers and the Contractor will conduct a current review of the containers during the delivery and, if necessary, make new ones. The estimated quantity during the period of execution of the order will be 1600pc.
5. Declation of the containers with the declaration stickers from the Ordering Party will take place during the nearest waste wagon of the fraction concerned.
6. The Contractor shall, during the contract period, perform geolocation (evaporation) of waste collection equipment at the Export Points. The Contracting Authority shall not make available for the duration of the Agreement for the geolocation of export points (collectors) compatible with 1 January 2022 and shall be completed by 31 December 2023.
14. Quantity of the operating system that supports the data exchange interface of the Ordering Party.
7. By geolocating waste collection facilities at export points, it is appropriate to allocate them to individual export points with the determination of geographical coordinates of the export points based on the coordinates of the individual containers assigned to them. Geolocation also includes real-time transfer of updated data to the system, through a data exchange interface.
8. The Contractor shall be obliged to verify and complete the list of waste collection points during the geolocation process and to provide verified data to the system implemented.
9. Data recorded from the GPS monitoring system must be fully integrated into the computer software.
10. Data from on-board devices to deployed software must be transmitted online in real time with simultaneous transmission of data from the GPS monitoring system. All recorded events (loading, landing, identification, weighing, registration and others) must be extended to include an exact date and time consistent with the universal UTC coordinated time (PL)] and event geographic coordinates determined by the GPS system.
11. Recording, during the implementation of the service, data from the container weighing and identification systems and transferring that data to the software deployed, through a data exchange interface for the collection and analysis of data and information obtained from monitoring systems Contractors.
12. The amount of waste generated in the municipality is uneven during the course of the year. The final actual amount of waste will be known as a result of accomplishing the task. Payment for the execution of the order will be based on actual received and developed tons of municipal waste transferred to the processing plant.
