The subject of the Order is:

Task No. 1 - provision of services consisting in the collection and management of indicated municipal waste from properties covered by the municipal waste management system collected on inhabited and uninhabited properties used only for part of the year, on which there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, located in the Będzino Commune;

Task No. 2 - collection and management of municipal waste collected from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Będzino 17A.

For task No. 1 – the scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste, from the owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties used only for part of the year, on which there are summer houses or other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes, waste:

1) non-segregated [mixed],

2) collected selectively in containers for multi-family housing and in bags - for owners of individual housing,

3) placed in front of the property - one-time collection - (the so-called bulky waste collection).

For task No. 2 - collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Będzino 17 A.

Preparation of monthly reports and reports resulting from applicable regulations.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract taking into account all the requirements of the Ordering Party is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
