The acquisition is subject to the acquisition of activated charcoal filters by the Turku region refinery Oy.

Activated carbon filters are used for filtration of sewer olfactory gases. Filters are outdoors and currently have a total of 8pc at three different sites. Activated carbon filters contain 1500 kg of activated carbon and activated carbon is optimized for hydrogen sulfide.

The object of the acquisition is described in more detail in the service description attached to the preliminary tender offer.

The acquisition is subject to activated charcoal filters for the sewerage system of Turku Region Oy and the necessary maintenance and replacement service.

The service provider is responsible for activated carbon filters:

• condition and functioning,

• corrections,

• replacement work, including lifting work, demolition and connecting work to the plumbing of the subscriber deodoration unit, demolition and connecting works and transport costs,

• exchange of activated charcoal, new coals and disposal of old ones.

The acquisition will take into account environmental concerns, additional information on the tender material.
