1. Name of the contract: "Collection and management of municipal waste from residential and uninhabited properties located in Sector III of the Municipality of the City of Świdnica".

2. The subject of the contract is the provision of services:

1) collection of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is generated, from Sector III of the Municipality of the City of Świdnica within the meaning of the resolution referred to in paragraph 7 below,

2) waste management referred to in point 1,

3) performance of services and obligations related to the services referred to above in points 1 and 2, indicated in the procurement documents.

Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract - Chapter V OF THE SWZ.

8. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in a timely manner, with observance of quality, personal and technical requirements, efficient, minimizing traffic difficulties, use of the property by the owners and inconvenience for the residents of the City, as well as ensuring the achievement of the level of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste in the area covered by the subject of the contract, referred to in Article 3b paragraph 1 of the Act on Maintenance cleanliness and order in municipalities and ensuring the limitation in the area covered by the subject of the contract of the mass of municipal waste, biodegradable and transferred to landfill, referred to in Article 3c(1) of the aforementioned Act. In order to achieve the objective referred to in the previous sentence, the Contractor is obliged, m.in, to properly select waste management sites as well as to make it as easy as possible for property owners to dispose of separately collected waste and to promote separate waste collection, as well as to refrain from actions and attitudes interfering with this goal.

9.Us the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate (inhabited and uninhabited) located in the area of Sector III of the Municipality of the City of Świdnica will be implemented in the following fractions of municipal waste:

1) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01),

2) municipal separately collected waste containing fractions of paper and waste paper, metals, plastics, glass and glass packaging, multi-material packaging and biodegradable clothing and textiles (15 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 01 01, 20 01 02, 20 01 10, 20 01 11, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 20 01 99,20 01 08, 20 02 01),

3) bulky waste, in particular furniture, waste electrical and electronic equipment and used tyres (15 01 03, 16 01 03, 20 01 23*, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, 20 03 07, 20 03 99),

4)medicines and drug packs (20 01 31*, 20 01 32).

10. As part of the provision of the service, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage only municipal waste. If it is found that the owner of the property has put up waste other than municipal waste for collection or has mixed municipal waste with non-municipal waste, the collection should not be carried out. In such a situation, the Contractor is obliged to document the irregularities found and notify the Ordering Party. Municipal waste shall be understood as waste as defined in Article 3(1)(7)

Waste Act

12.As part of the service provided, the Contractor will be obliged in particular to:

1) collection of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (hereinafter also referred to as: "unsegregated (mixed) waste" or "mixed waste") and their management in a municipal installation,

2) organization of separate collection of waste: paper and waste paper, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, clothing and textiles, glass and glass packaging, biodegradable waste and their collection and management,

3) collection of bulky waste, in particular furniture, used tires, waste electrical and electronic equipment and their management,

4) organization of the collection of medicines from designated pharmacies, transport and their management,

5) providing property owners, on their behalf, with the possibility of renting, leasing or other form of disposing of containers and containers for collecting mixed municipal waste,

6) provide property owners, on their behalf, with the possibility of providing cleaning, disinfection, disinfestation and technical repairs of containers and containers for mixed municipal waste,

7) developing a schedule for the collection of municipal waste, drawing up a paper form and its distribution,

8) keeping documentation related to the activities covered by the subject of the contract,

9) removal (liquidation) of wild landfills, i.e. collection of municipal waste from places of their collection
