the consultation concerns a PFI and PF type heating operation contract including a total guarantee clause (P3: major maintenance and major repairs) applicable to the installations referred to in Annex 1 of the Deed of Commitment and Annex 1 of the CCTP. The other descriptions are detailed in the ELD. The contract is established for a period of five (5) years from September 1, 2023. The due date is August 31, 2028. All prices indicated are established on the basis of the economic conditions of May 2023 (month "m0")

The contract concerns collective boilers supplied with gas (13 installations, two of which produce collective hot water and, together, comprise between them 16 individual gas boilers for heating), sites supplied with electric heating (1 site; floor panels + convectors) and a site in collective electric hot water only, belonging to Sceaux Bourg-la-Reine Habitat. Seven of the gas boilers provide heating needs for 610 dwellings. Three gas boilers provide heating and domestic hot water for 98 housing units and 80 student rooms. Two gas boilers provide domestic hot water needs for 16 dwellings. The site supplied with electric heating serves 45 dwellings. The collective electric hot water site provides domestic hot water needs for 42 dwellings
