The municipality of Veenendaal is currently developing third district of Veenendaal-oost: Groenpoort. An important starting point is that the homes are offered heat and cold from a collective system. A new power plant has therefore been designed for this district, whose construction is put on the market through this tender. This power plant generates heat and cold centrally with a general heating system, heat pumps, electric boilers and a hot water buffer.

For this tender, a pre-announcement was published with PB/S number 2022/S 012-025388 and TenderNed characteristic 344057.

Assignment includes the design, realization, maintenance and maintenance of the power plant for the Groenpoort district still to be built (ca. 970 homes).
