The scope of the object of the order includes:

1) replacement of window and door joinery;

2) repair and addition of ventilation chimneys;

3) robots in the basement of the building — the construction of the room of the heat node together with the necessary installations;

4) the secretion of the bathroom in residential premises No. 13;

5) repair and reconstruction of electrical installations;

6) renovation and reconstruction of sanitary installations, including:

(a) the conversion of the heating method for heating fed from the urban grid with the dismantling of current heat sources in the premises;

b) installation of hot utility water and circulation in the building together with the dismantling of existing sources for the preparation of hot utility water;

(c) reconstruction of cold water installations;

(d) replacement of the sewer system;

(e) replacement of the gas plant;

(f) replacement of the water supply connection.

7) the execution, delivery and assembly of the “information board for the duration of construction” — in accordance with the “Instructions to the Contractor, Rules for the marking of investments in the field of information to the Contractor”.

The detailed scope of the order shall specify:

1. Construction project — Annex 10 to SWZ;

2. Decision No 4400/2020 — Annex No 11 to the SWZ;

3. Implementing projects — Annex 12 to SWZ;

4. Technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works — Annex 13 to the SWZ;

5. Objects — Annex 14 to SWZ;

6. Timetable and financial (model) — Annex 15 to SWZ;

7. “Instructions to the Contractor, Rules for marking investments in terms of information to the Contractor”, together with the templates of plates, Annex 16 to the SWZ;

8. Model contract — Annex 9 to SWZ.

Note: Design documentation covers a wider range of works than works that are under contract. The subject of the contract is specified in point 3 of that chapter of the SWZ and the attached items.
