1. The subject of the contract is the service of collection and further management of waste:
TASK I: waste with code 19 12 10 – combustible waste (alternative fuel) in the amount of approx. 1 000 Mg.,
TASK II: waste with code 19 12 12 (over-sieve fraction) – i.e. other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 in the amount of approx. 1 900 Mg.,
TASK III: waste with code 20 03 07 – bulky waste in the amount of approx. 650 Mg.
2. The place of waste generation is the Waste Management Plant BESKID ŻYWIEC Sp. z o.o. in Żywiec at Kabaty 2, POLAND, while the place of waste management is the installation for the management of waste covered by the subject of the contract, which is available to the Contractor.
3. The subject of the contract also includes the service of transporting the above-mentioned waste to the installation at the disposal of the Contractor.
TASK I - service of collection and further management of waste with the code 19 12 10.1) The subject of the contract is the service of collection and further management of material for the production of alternative fuel with the code 19 12 10 – combustible waste (alternative fuel) in the amount of approx. 1 000 Mg. The offered waste management method must be in accordance with the applicable legal regulations and recovery processes listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. DZ. U.2022, item 699, i.e. from late. Deaths).
2) For the production of alternative fuel material, non-segregated municipal waste (code 20 03 01) and mixed packaging waste (code 15 01 06) and plastic packaging waste (code 15 01 02) are used. The composition of waste consists mainly of plastic waste – m.in PE, PP and paper and cardboard waste. The material for the production of alternative fuel will be in compressed form, tied with steel wire. The dimensions of a bale of compressed waste are approximately: 80 x 100 x 150 cm. The average weight of one bale of waste is approx. 350 kg. The quality parameters of the waste are: calorific value > 13 000 J/g, sulphur content < 1%.

1) The subject of the contract is the service of collection and management of waste with the code 19 12 12 (over-sieve fraction) – i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 from BESKID ŻYWIEC Sp. z o.o. in Żywiec, at 2 Kabaty Street.
2) Waste code 19 12 12 comes from the process of mechanical processing of mixed municipal waste. The technological thrust consists of belt conveyors, disk sieve, sorting cab, ferrous metal separator and optoelectronic sorter. As a result of this process, waste 19 12 12 with a calorific value above 6 MJ/kg s. m. This waste will be transmitted in bulk. Some of the waste can come from large-scale waste fragmentation.
3) The Contractor must have a permit for waste management with the code 19 12 12 in the R12 process, in accordance with Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699).
4) The amount of the above-mentioned waste planned to be handed over to the Contractor, during the term of the contract, will amount to approx. 1 900 Mg.
5) The offered method of waste management must be in accordance with the applicable provisions of law and processing processes listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. DZ. U.2022, item 699, i.e.).
TASK III – waste collection and management service with code 20 03 07 – bulky waste".1) The subject of the contract is the service of collection and management of waste with the code 20 03 07 – bulky waste in the amount of approx. 650 Mg. Bulky waste – it should be understood as furniture and other large waste (e.g. wardrobes, sofa beds, kitchen cabinets, chairs, armchairs, mattresses, carpets, skis, etc.) from household equipment. The offered method of waste management must comply with the applicable legal regulations and processing processes listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. DZ. U.2022, item 699, i.e.).
