The objective of this tender is to enter into an agreement with one suitable contractor that ROC Friese Poort can provide full technical direction consisting of;

- Delivering and managing a future-proof network infrastructure, LAN, WLAN, WAN and data centers.

- Fully ensure network security, make changes, updates and upgrades.

- Making available all necessary components for this purpose;

- Maintain network management and monitoring (24/7/365) based on a continuous lifecycle (always keeping up to date with a reliable and fast network as described in the HLD/blueprints).

- Giving advice on the most optimal technical and functional design.

The ceiling amount for the services as described on the prize sheet is €1,053,000, - per 12 months. This amount includes 21% VAT and excludes the indexing option described in this document. Registrations that exceed this amount (as shown in the prize sheet) are excluded from further participation. The ceiling amount is also the estimate for this assignment, but then times the term and therefore comes to €10,530,000, - including VAT and including the option months without indexing and projects.
