The contract mainly consists in the supply (and related services) of torque measurement systems in order to measure the direct torque at up to 2 driven axles of HDVs on road testing, respectively:

a) delivery, installation, commissioning, training (including provision of documentation) of the supply within 6 months from the date of start of the contract;

b) 2 years' guarantee from the date of acceptance of the supply through the certificate of conformity including annual preventive and corrective maintenance;

c) 4 years of preventive and corrective maintenance.
