Energetic renovation of building envelope house 3 of the Klinikum Obergöltzsch Rodewisch

The client awards the general planning services for the planning of the energy-efficient renovation of the building envelope of House 3 of the Klinikum Obergöltzsch Rodewisch. There is a step-by-step commissioning of the architectural and engineering services according to HOAI.

The subprojects are located within a coherent planning area and are advertised as an interdisciplinary service of a general planner. We are looking for an applicant/a community of applicants for the following planning services, according to HOAI:

- Objektplanung LPH 2 - 8, § 34 HOAI 2013

It is planned to invite the bidders selected in the participation competition to a negotiation discussion in the 2nd stage. However, the client reserves the right that the contract could be awarded on the basis of the initial offers.

The energetic renovation is carried out on the building envelope of house 3. Routine operations in the stations and departments must be maintained during the construction phase.

All adjacent areas of the building will remain in operation during the construction project.

All relevant planning documents (as-built plans, descriptions, photos, etc.) will be sent by the Client to the offices selected for the 1st stage.
