The public procurement is a framework agreement that sets out all contractual stipulations. It is executed as the purchase orders are issued under the conditions laid down in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. For lots 11 to 16 and 18, the framework agreement is concluded without minimum or maximum for its duration of validity within the meaning of Article R. 2162-4-3º of the Public Order Code. For all other lots the framework agreement is concluded with a minimum and a maximum expressed in quantity within the meaning of Article R. 2162-4-1º of the Public Order Code.
The public contract shall be treated at unit prices fixed in the Unit Price List (BPU) of the consignment concerned.
This is an allotted march — number of lots 20All the supplies that can be ordered are described in the Special technical clauses (CCTP) and in its appendix 1: catalog of requirements. The estimated quantities of the public market are described in Annex 1 of the CCTP (catalog of requirements). These quantities have no contractual value. They are only used for the analysis of offers. The estimated amounts per lot are indicated in the consultation regulations.
