This contract is for the Rå tunnel and Sørås tunnel, both in tunnel class E, with a cross section from T9,5 to T27 as well as 1 water tunnel 1,5 km T5. There are requirements regarding when noisy work can be carried out, requirements for maximum vibrations and requirements for maximum leakages.

The contract also includes road installations in the open air zones in Rådal, Nordås, Sørås and Skeievatn, all in road class S7 (Hb 017: 2008). The open air zone at Rådal includes a split level junctions with all corner movements from the Rå tunnel and Lyshorn tunnel. The open air zones at Nordås, Søråsa and Skeievatn include connections to existing roads.

In addition foot/cycle paths, bridges and portals shall be constructed.
