Description:

Staffordshire and Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Services are jointly conducting this procurement to establish a National Framework for the Provision of Medical Training to blue light emergency services. This Framework will require suppliers to conform to the Clinical Governance and Pre-Hospital Emergency Medical (PHEM) competencies, Levels A-F of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

PHEM Levels A-B

Delivery of Medical Training to PHEM Levels A and B.

PHEM Levels C, D and E

Delivery of medical training to PHEM Levels C, D and E.

PHEM Level F

Delivery of medical training to PHEM Level F.
