Activities and archival services to be carried out on the documentary heritage of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, at the headquarters of the Regional Archive of Gradisca d'Isonzo.

The services to be carried out on the documentary heritage of the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia are:

— dusting of all documentation,

— drawing up the descriptive list and topographical inventory,

— selection, waste and waste,

— logical identification of the historical section of the archive with the constitution of the historical archive,

— conditioning,

— reconditioning of damaged archival and storage units,

— acquisition of consumables,

— reordering,

— archive management: recovery, relocation and storage of archival drives.

Pursuant to current legislation and, in particular, the Legislative Decree of 22.1.2004, nor42 of the “Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape, pursuant to Article 10 of the Law of 6.7.2002, n.137”, and ss.mm.ii. and international archival standards (ISAD-G, ISAAR-CPF).

The total amount of the contract is EUR 2 985 625.00 (Euro two thousand and ninety-eight hundred and eighty-five thousand and twenty twenty-five hundred and twenty que/00), of which EUR 10 050,00 (euro ten thousand and fifty/00) for security charges not subject to downside resulting from risks from interference.
