The subject of the order is the purchase of license support for systems based on IBM FileNet technology used in the Energa Group, by purchasing the license manufacturer's support along with the renewal of the support for the abovementioned licenses used in the Energa Group, detailed in the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order (hereinafter: the Terms of Reference), for a period of three years from the date of conclusion of the contract. The Contractor guarantees continuity of license support in accordance with the terms of the software manufacturer. The Employer allows the possibility of offering delivery of new licenses based on IBM FileNet technology together with the manufacturer's three-year support, enabling full functionality of the abovementioned systems or equivalent solutions. A detailed scope and description of the subject of the contract is included in the ToR. The estimated value of the contract exceeds the PLN equivalent of EUR 443,000.
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of license support for systems based on IBM FileNet technology used in the Energa Group, through the purchase of the license manufacturer's support along with the renewal of the support for the above licenses used in the Energa Group, detailed in the Terms of Reference, for a period of three years from the date of the contract. The Contractor guarantees continuity of license support in accordance with the terms of the software manufacturer.
2. As part of the license manufacturer's support services, the following will be provided:
a. software upgrades;
b. technical support understood as technical assistance, updating and debugging of software, provided by the manufacturer to the Employer;
c. removing and repairing errors in the software;
d. help related to the operation of the software.
3. A detailed list of licenses held is presented in the table in Chapter III point 3 of the ToR.
4. The Employer allows the possibility of offering delivery of new licenses based on IBM FileNet technology along with three-year manufacturer support, enabling full functionality of the abovementioned systems or equivalent solutions. The Employer allows the possibility of offering equivalent products for the indicated licenses, while the equivalent products must provide full functionality of systems based on IBM FileNet technology. If an equivalent solution is offered, the Contractor is obliged to provide technical support to the manufacturer within a period of 3 years. Whenever the content of the Terms of Reference refers to "IBM FileNet" technology, it should also be understood as equivalent products to products based on IBM FileNet technology.
5. If we offer delivery of new licenses together with three-year manufacturer's support, as part of the contract, we will provide:
a) new licenses delivered on the basis of the order will belong to the latest version group and will contain any recent improvements,
b) as part of the license manufacturer's support services:
a. software upgrades;
b. technical support understood as technical assistance, updating and debugging of software, provided by the manufacturer to the Employer;
c. removing and repairing errors in the software;
d. help related to the operation of the software.
6. A detailed list of requirements for new licenses in relation to the licenses held is presented in the table in Chapter III point 6 of the Terms of Reference.
