1.The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste created and collected on all properties where residents reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Wielka Wieś and the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the point selective collection of municipal waste and PSZOK equipment with containers and containers.
2.A detailed description of the object of the contract and its execution is included in Annex 8 to SWZ.
The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste created and collected on all properties where residents reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Wielka Wieś (the area of the whole Municipality is one sector), as well as from the Selective Point Municipal Waste Collection (PSZOK) and PSZOK equipment with containers and containers.
2. The municipal waste collection system does not cover waste resulting from the conduct of business activities.
3. The subject of the contract must be executed in a manner that ensures that adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation of waste for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage.
5. The management of the collected municipal waste must comply with the waste management hierarchy referred to in Article 4 (1) of the EU Waste Framework Directive 2008/98/EC.
6. The Contractor is obliged to receive and manage municipal waste generated on properties where residents reside and transferred by the owners of the property to PSZOK, under the rules of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the municipality Wielka Wieś Resolution No. XIV/174/2019 of the United Wieś Municipality Council of 16 December 2019, in particular:

7.The Contractor shall provide, to the owners of inhabited property, bags for first equipment after signing the contract, not later than 7 days, before the start of the service according to the delivery schedule for each locality, fixed with the Ordering Party, and for the subsequent equipment, each time when receiving municipal waste.
Municipal waste segregation bags are intended to be:
(a) with a capacity of 120l,
b) equipped with a pulling tape,
(c) of a thickness ensuring their strength, i.e. not less than 40 microns for paper, metals and plastics bags and a minimum of 50 microns for glass bags and biodegradable waste.
The Contractor is obliged to provide a specification specifying the thickness of the bags for collecting segregated waste, at the time of completion of the order and each time after the change of supplier of the bags concerned.
The Contractor is obliged to deliver segregated waste bags to the premises of the Contracting Authority and to PSZOKa on an ongoing basis (on the request of the Contracting Authority).
8.Selective collection of municipal waste on the territory of the Municipality of Wielka Wieś, will take place in a bag system with a capacity of 120l. The Contractor will be without additional remuneration, supply bags to farms, in a quantity corresponding to the amount of bags picked up selectively of waste of each type (fraction).
The Contractor is obliged to provide the property owners with standard bags (adapted to racks) in a way that prevents destruction, loss, etc.
9.For the collection of segregated waste, there will be a system of four coloured bags:
1) blue — paper waste paper and textiles,
2) green — glass and glass packaging,
3) yellow — plastics, metals,
4) brown — biodegradable relief waste.
