Currently, four personality profiles are used in leadership training (Fhr Ausb) by the Swiss Armed Forces Command Centre for Leadership Training (Kdo ZFA) in the three national languages German, French and Italian. This includes deployment in the non-commissioned officer school (UOS) for all militia cadres:

• Verhaltensprofil (Pflichtlektion)

• Stress management profile (voluntary)

• Time management profile (voluntary)

• Learning style profile (voluntary)

The aim of the profiles is to show how to better understand oneself and others and how to derive situation-appropriate behaviour from this. The cadres learn to recognize behavioral tendencies and to perceive and describe their personality in a more differentiated way. The profiles are mandatorily available in German, French and Italian.
